We have a firm commitment to provide you with nothing less than superior quality in any purchase you make. Our state-of-the-art lab supplies top-of-the-line, industry-leading eyewear to all of our branches.

Calculated Process

All of our eyeglasses are prepared in our lab. Our Licensed Opticians go through every intricate detail when designing our custom eyeglasses. They accurately determine optical parameters such as lens curvatures, thickness, and materials.

Selection, Cutting, and Polishing

Our meticulous process involves the selection of lens blanks, which only have a transparent front surface. The back surface of the lens blank is then cut by an optical machine called a generator. Afterwards, they are polished until they become transparent.

Lens Coatings

The next step involves the application of antireflective or scratch-resistant lens coatings. They are carefully inspected by our Opticians to ensure that they meet our standards of quality and accuracy.

Shaping

We have another optical machine called an edger that cuts the lenses based on the customer’s measurements and recommended frame shape. The lenses are then secured into your selected frame.

Finished Product

The completed eyeglasses are cleaned, aligned, and re-inspected by our Opticians before they are shipped to our branches.
